Fairy Walk Vendor Contract and Registration Form​

Event Location: Tenney Grammar School, 75 Pleasant Street, Methuen, MA 01844

Event Date: June 1, 2019                Event Time: 10am-2pm

Vendor Setup: 8am-10am             Vendor Breakdown: 2pm-4pm

Event Basics:

• This is an OUTDOOR event held on a grassy lawn, RAIN OR SHINE. No electricity or running water is available.

• Vendors must provide their own equipment, i.e. table, chairs, etc. (Up to 10x10 tents will be allowed ONLY on occasion of rain.) Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

• Vendors must sell goods or services that pertain in some way to our festival themes of Nature (i.e. bugs, animals, gardening, birdhouses, natural/organic products, etc), environmental conservation, fairies, or gnomes. If you are not sure if what you intend to sell suits our festival theme, email Judy Mullins with a description and picture of your product for a determination: thumbelinafairycraft@gmail.com. Please also email Judy if you have any other questions.

• Deadline for vendor registration: May 18, 2019.

• Cost: $35 per table.

WAIVER: Tenney Grammar School, members of the Tenney PTO, and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the event.
